It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with rainfall showers, with a wrap around deck surrounded by stunning trees ideal for relaxing. We have curated the most comfortable bedding with designer decor & combined the nostalgia of a mountain cabin with the modern amenities to keep you in the present to unplug and unwind.

Be sure to ♥ The Knotty & Nice Cabin so you can find it easily in the future. We have a 240-amp 50 Volt EV Charger located within the garage. Please bring your own EV cord to plug in to the charger. We do not have cords available. All of our guests receive a 10% discount code who wish to enjoy visiting Santa's Village at Sky Park. Discount code will be provided upon booking. All our guests have access to Lake Arrowhead. *** PLEASE NOTE *** = LAKE ARROWHEAD = Since Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, you must have a membership pass to access the walking trails. Pass is limited to trails only and cannot be used for access to the beach or docks. All guests who are staying at the cabin who wish to enjoy to the trail at the lake need to first contact the host prior to using the pass with all guests over the age of 18 with their full name & email address. See additional ALA Rules below. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. Fees: $250 to replace membership card. 1. Lists the names, emails and dates of stay for each STR Client 18 years of age or older who will be staying at the property. Any guest under the age of 18 will need to include their full name prior. You will receive a registration email from the ALA and you can complete the registration process once you arrive at the ALA STR Client Services office. 2. Upon arrival please bring the membership card, all the STR Clients go to the ALA STR Client Services office to process their registration at the same time. The office is located at: 870 N. Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead, CA. 92352. Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 7 days per week. It is recommended that you arrive no later than 4pm to ensure you receive your wristbands before the office closes. 3. The registration process requires that each STR Client who is 18 years of age or older show photo identification, and read and sign the ALA safety rules and waiver document. 4. NOTE: If the STR Property owner is not able to provide names or emails for all STR Clients ahead of time this information can he added at the STR Client Services Office. 5. Each STR Client who is 18 years of age or older will be issued and must wear a wristband to show registration. Wristbands are available for 1-day, 3-day or 7-day periods for corresponding fees of S10, $30 or $70 per STR Client. Children under 18 years of age will be issued free wristbands for the same periods of time as the accompanying adults. 6. While visiting Lake Arrowhead or the ALA Trails, all STR Clients must wear their wristbands. STR Clients 18 years of age or older must carry photo identification and carry the STR property owner's RFID card to open gates. * Be sure to take the membership pass with you when you go. You can find the membership card on the top of the kitchen counter. * You can find the membership card & pass with a yellow keychain on the top of the kitchen counter.
Other Details to Note
FIREPLACE INFO We have a new electric fireplace in the living room for guests to enjoy. Additional gas fire-pit available on outdoor deck. PET INFO We allow up to two dogs up to 45lbs each. Pets are not allowed on furniture & beds. One large pet crate, one medium pet crate and two pet gates are available for use. You can find them located on the main floor bedroom closet. Water & food bowls are provided. When any pets are left unattended, please crate them for their safety. Pet blankets are also available for use.

The cabin is located less than 5 minutes away from Jenson's grocery store, Starbucks and restaurants in Blue Jay Village and less than 10 minutes to Lake Arrowhead Village with popular shops, restaurants and views of the lake to enjoy. Parking is limited to the driveway only for up to 3 cars. Street parking is prohibited by the County and can be towed. Parking near the garage is not recommended in snow.
